1. What products does JP's Curtain Call sell?

JP's Curtain Call specializes in selling competitive card game trading cards, supplies, and sealed product as well!

2. How long does it take to receive my order?

We didn't grow into one of the best TCG vendors for no reason! We aim to pack and ship your order within 2 business days. Generally, most are sent within 1 business day! Proceeding our end, depending on the speed of the shipping you selected will be the remaining determining factor. See preorder product rule #4 for that processing time.

3. How can I place an order?

To place an order, simply browse our website and add the desired products to your cart. Proceed to the checkout page, enter your shipping and payment information, and confirm your order.

4. I preordered a product. When will I get this?

For preorders, we have to be compliant with release dates that our beloved TCG manufacturers have placed. This being said, we will have your order prepped and sent out ON release day or the day after! On rare circumstances, it may take longer as sometimes product will even be delayed getting to us.

5. What payment methods does JP's Curtain Call accept?

JP's Curtain Call accepts various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. You can choose your preferred payment method during the checkout process.

6. Something happened, and I need to cancel my preorder, can I?

Things happen and we get it! Some of these products are preordered out several months in advance. Of course, we are happy to cancel and refund your preorder AS LONG AS it is not 2 weeks until that products release date

7. I see several products that you have on your website and also TCGplayer, can you combine the orders to one package?

Of course! In fact, I encourage you to reach out via the contact us section or even reach out to our facebook page "JP's Curtain Call". We will work with you and even likely give you a nice deal too!

8. My tracking on my order says delivered but I don't see it, where is my order?

Most of our orders are shipped United States Postal Service (USPS). Sometimes carriers may scan something delivered by accident and it may take another day or two to actually be delivered. Please give it that extra day or two to see if it does seem misdelivered or lost. After that, reach out to us. Things happen and packages get lost as well as our plain white envelope orders. Reach out to us and we will see how we can remedy the situation with a replacement, refund or credit you for the order.

9. **IMPORTANT!** I purchased an order, it includes preorders from different sets but it hasn't shipped yet, what's going on?

Great question. We take a lot of time to add preorders for sets so you don't have a fear of missing out (FOMO) moment OR you think the deals we set are awesome and want to lock in the pricing for the preorders. Our website is designed so when you make an order, it assumes it will be all shipped together and charges one shipping price (if applicable). MOST times, your order will meet the free shipping thresholds that we will ship in stock inventory out immediately upon release dates per respective game release rules. In some instances (and this will likely be seldom such as 3 preorders crossing different sets each totaling $10.00 and less each. Typically, these orders wouldn't get a tracking. Another instance would be when a supply item is purchased with a $25.00 or less Trading Card Game (TCG) singles custom order.
